Degree in Business and Economics at University of Bologna. Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants since 1999 and enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors Nr 75266 since 1995. He is also a Court Appointed Expert Witness and a Statutory Auditor for cooperatives.

Broad experience in accounting and fiscal consultancy for companies and cooperatives, balance sheets drafting, VAT, extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers and transfers), company valuation and profit-sharing.
