Academic Qualifications
Degree in Business and Economics at University of Siena. Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants since 1995 and enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors Nr 77028 since 1999. He is also a Court Appointed Expert Witness.
Areas of practice
Accounting and fiscal consultancy, balance sheets drafting, taxation of nonprofit organizations, extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers and transfers), company valuation and profit-sharing. He also dealt with the situation of company crisis, as insolvency administrator and liquidator.
He works as statutory auditor for many companies and local authorities.
